Pushing Winter Away...

 The rain is still here and it's not to sunny but

I will bring in some Spring and Summer 

by painting some little flowers.

 Splashy fun ones!

Spring rains remind me of the fun in making splashy paintings.

 I like big ones but little ones can be fun too. 

And a little challenging.

I haven't been finishing a great number of paintings to share here 

but I've been keeping an eye on happenings in my little sphere. 

 

we've had cloudy days

 

and more cloudy days 

 

some friends have returned to the neighborhood

the ferns and moss are doing well 

the trillium is doing well in the yard 

this orchid is doing well inside 

 

 daffodils are up and out

the orchid is showing off 

 

and this isn't supposed to happen till August

 

hope to be sharing some watercolors soon,

in the meanwhile have a little sunup

there is a little burst of color in my yard 

so I picked a few and put them on paper

Happy to say I painted today, if even just a little bit!
