Hurricane Warning

Yes, it's hurricane season and the new one brewing reminded me of the little cottages in the Abacos prepped and ready for the storm. All the windows and doors are shuttered and everything is packed away. Hurricane Warning - Abacos

Lake McDonald

On a recent trip to Glacier National Park we managed to visit Lake McDonald Lodge and have a little lunch. The Lodge is a lovely building suited to and complementing it's surroundings.

white Orchid bloom is the subject of this 5x7 original watercolor on 140# Fabriano CP paper. I love the brilliant white flower against the varied green background where parts of the actual plant are visible.

Crash!

I haven't gone anywhere - honest! I've just been out of touch due to "crash" conditions. One good thing about the computer being down, I found time to do a few other things, HA!
I worked on a crochet project, read an art book from cover to cover and threw some paint around, too.
