a little fun with Brusho and my favorite colors

Pushing Winter Away...

 The rain is still here and it's not to sunny but

I will bring in some Spring and Summer 

by painting some little flowers.

doodle a few winged critters...

tough to see the little touches of iridescence

no watercolor this time

alcohol markers and pen

temptation...

 I made some of my glue black

 and did a little bit of free hand drawing with it

 just to see how it would look

Oh it was fun, too

waiting for the glue to dry so I could add some watercolors

Last month was Fun!

with a few progress pictures

trying something new

 Picked up some Faber Castell Gelatos to try out.

They match my Pitt Pens and Albrecht Durer watercolor pencils

so I thought they would be a fun thing to add to my supplies.

I tried making a color chart with a waterbrush and the creamy gelato sticks but didn't like the result.

Using them like crayons is a bit heavy handed.  Thanks to KD Sams, I put them on my craft mat  and redid the color chart. Richer color with control! 

Using gelatos, pitt pen and watercolor pencil together was fun. 

Then I tried to Glaze for a sealed product and ruined most of the work.

I suspect the mica paint touches and watercolor pencil were the culprits that smeared. 

Looking forward to more play...
